 A small slice of homes sandwiched between I'On and Molasses Creek creates Braemore in Mt. Pleasant, without the higher HOA of I'On, but with the possibility to join there or in Hobcaw Creek.

Located in an older, established area of Mt. Pleasant within 5 miles of the Cooper River bridges. The main entrance is off Muirhead Road between Molasses Creek and I'On subdivisions. Divided into 31 heavily wooded lots, each lot ranges in size between 1/4-acre to 1/2-acre.

Compared to I'On and Molasses Creek, these homes were originally less expensive per square foot, but have now become close to the same price. One has the option of buying into the community club of I'On, but the HOA fees on these properties is less than the neighboring communities.
