For under $200,000 with 2 and 3 bedrooms, you will find between 1000 and 1500 sq.ft. It takes a little effort to find a good one, as these were built in 1985, and some of them have not been renovated yet, but if you are looking for hardwood floors, clean, new HVAC, and a decent view, I have a listing in this community.
