Coast Bar and Grill "Charleston’s Freshest Seafood" Dinner at COAST is served nightly beginning at 5:30pm. Atmosphere= Housed in a former warehouse in the Upper King Street area, COAST features 40-foot ceilings, and banquettes situated beneath tin roofs and preserved palm trees. The bar and dining areas are reminiscent of old-style beach shacks with tin roofs lining the open kitchen and the bar area. Coast and Rue de Jean's Executive Chef and founding partner Fred Neuville just departed to start up his own restaurant named "The Fat Hen" on John's Island (7/07) So eyes are watching the progress of all 3 restaurants.
