RiverTowne is a new development, and many of the homes do not have mature landscaping yet. If you drive all the way to the back, you will finder larger homes. Above is a photo of the clubhouse.
RiverTowne has two distinct sections, RiverTowne on the Wando and RiverTowne Country Club. There are beautiful homes in both areas. The great thing about RiverTowne is the fabulous golf course that is operated separately from the neighborhood association, so that if you don't play golf, you do not have to pay for it. There are also wonderful tennis courts located here with a local tennis club.
