The I'On subdivision and community is built around "East Lake" and "West Lake" and The Rookery. It is a 243 acre planned community offering miles of marshfront paths and shady sidewalks designed to encourage walking, bicycling, and interaction among I'On resident neighbors. It works, and people generally love living here. The tasteful and varied architectural styles of the homes (many constructed by the area's top custom builders) the parks, the green spaces with sidewalks, all create a delightful neighborhood. . Those requiring a garage, need to read carefully to make sure one is included. On the more expensive homes one might find separate garages with accommodations in the space over the garage done very tastefully.
